We Require
- Six (6) years of experience related to area of assignment, to include two (2) years of supervisory or management experience.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis
- Experience managing and/or deploying IT infrastructure in data centers
- Experience with data protection services
- Experience maintaining enterprise-wide business functions
- Knowledge of Microsoft server, virtualization (VMWare), Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, Mobile, Cisco networking required

Job Contributions
- Directs and optimizes all the operations of servers, networks, and systems including storage and databases
- Provide timely, accurate, and consistent technical infrastructure service and presentation to internal and external customers utilizing ticketing systems. Establishing and adhering to service level targets
- Leads in the development and deployment of preventative maintenance procedures and documentation
- Leads disaster recovery planning and systems security administration
- Day-to-day 24x7x365 operational support of the entire IT infrastructure for the Clerk of Court, including monitoring of systems environment and proactive response and handling of issues
- Coordinates information systems activities with other divisions or County departments to optimize use of existing hardware and software and/or leverage design of new systems
- Acts as liaison to County Office of Enterprise Technology to communicate Clerk of Court needs and understand OET network infrastructure
- Maintenance of IT standards, architecture, engineering, and associated documentation relating to IT infrastructure. Includes business continuity and disaster recovery for infrastructure to IT standards
- Management of direct employee and contractor staff to accomplish corporate, role and organizational objectives
