About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Director to lead our digital commerce efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with our company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee the entire ecommerce user journey, from product discovery to purchase and post-purchase support, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive website development, digital marketing, promotions, product management, pricing, sales, and order fulfillment initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with ecommerce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of ecommerce and leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience in home security or a similarly complex ecommerce environment, with expertise in product customization, subscription plans, installation, and financing.
  • Performance marketing experience, including reporting of KPIs, and marketing plan development expertise.
  • Budget management and product management experience, with a strong understanding of go-to-market product launch strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teaming skills, with the ability to evolve thinking and strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
