**Cellebrite is searching for a Tier 2 Desktop/IT Support Specialist in the US/DC area.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ongoing support for IT services via tickets, walk-ins, telephone, and remote sessions.
- Supporting Windows, Linux, and MAC OS Endpoints: Laptops, desktops, Virtual Machines.
- Support Software and Applications, such as Okta, NetSuite, Salesforce, Zoom, Office 365, Active Directory User and mailbox management.
- Network printers and server IP telephony, conferencing equipment.
- Deep troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve end-user's issues.
- Follow standard procedures for escalation of unresolved issues.
- User and mailbox management.****

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in IT Support, installing, and supporting: Windows 10 workstations, deploying and supporting Windows endpoints and Active Directory: Users, computers, and groups management.
- Virtual environment: creating and supporting Virtual Machines and Virtual Desktop Interface/VPN troubleshooting.
- Knowledge and experience with SAAS services: Office 365, Exchange, Share Point, MAC OS, Linux OS, PowerShell, Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP, Salesforce, ERP systems.
- Service oriented, self-motivated, a team player.
- Willing to support users in standby/shifts globally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to learn new IT areas and aspects.
- This is a Hybrid position, with 3 days in the Tysons Corner, VA office. Must be located in VA/DC/MD area
