This position is a 6-9 month contract role to support patient marketing. This role will support the development, implementation and follow-up for US marketing strategies as it relates to health care providers and families of those living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). Overall responsibilities will be to execute key tactics, campaigns and activities for Sarepta’s PMO Franchise in the Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) therapeutic area. Other responsibilities include supporting various Commercial and U.S. Marketing Team initiatives. The position will report to Sr Director, PMO Marketing and is located in Cambridge, MA. This is a hybrid position that requires being able to work in our Cambridge Office from time to time.

The PMO Patient Marketing Contractor will be responsible for collaborating with multiple functional groups, including but not limited to Patient Services,, Duchenne Nurse Educators, Market Research, Commercial Operations, Legal, Patient Advocacy and Medical Affairs.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

- Support the development and execution of EXONDYS 51, VYONDYS 53, and AMONDYS 45 (the PMO Franchise) brand strategy and tactics for caregivers and people living with DMD
- Collaborate with cross functional partners (i.e. Duchenne Nurse Educators, Diagnostics, Patient Services, Patient Advocacy) to gain organizational alignment on key initiatives critical for driving brand performance.
- Actively manage key strategic partners (i.e. Agency of Record, Media Agency) to ensure execution on agreed timelines, budget, and quality customer-centric initiatives that are aligned to brand strategy
- Demonstrated experience of developing high impact tactics through successful collaboration with with Medical, Legal and Regulatory PRC reviewers.
- Ensure all patient and caregiver facing websites and digital media tactics are accomplishing brand priorities by measuring and implementing optimizations.
- Responsible for Duchenne Nure Educator and SareptAssist Marketing initiatives.
- Partner with Commercial Insights and Analytics to ensure market research and competitive intelligence projects meet brand team needs

Desired Education and Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
- 6+ years of experience in biotech/pharma with a minimum of 3 years of US marketing experience as well as track record demonstrating accountability, sense of urgency, and ability to execute
- Expertise in brand marketing/product management is required; product experience in rare disease strongly preferred
- Experience developing, executing and evaluating digital tactics, such as websites, and media preferred
- Strong scientific acumen and demonstrated ability to translate science to inform brand strategic plan and tactical execution
- Strong leadership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence across a matrix organization
