**Job Summary/Description**:
The person we are looking for is a Digital Champion - a leader who is ready to win breaking news and severe weather coverage on our powerhouse website, apps, social media, and other platforms.

Responsibilities will be to Lead, plan, and execute a daily strategy including trending stories throughout the market. Proactively seek out fresh web content. Be an aggressive web ambassador in the newsroom.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Strong writing skills and news judgment with the ability to carry a news story across web, mobile and social media.
- A college degree in Journalism or related field is preferred. Previous experience working on a news website is preferred.
