Position: Digital Marketing and Design Specialist
Role Summary: We are on the lookout for a talented and innovative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Design Specialist. This position involves executing social media initiatives, crafting engaging content, and producing visually striking graphics to enhance our brand visibility and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute social media strategies to boost brand recognition and user interaction.
- Generate, curate, and oversee content across various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create visually appealing graphics, including promotional materials, brochures, banners, and social media visuals.
- Track and evaluate social media performance utilizing analytics tools, making adjustments to strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to maintain brand consistency and alignment with broader marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media and graphic design.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Assist with light graphic design tasks for clients in the print sector.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Graphic Designer, or in a comparable role; other relevant experience will be considered.
- Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong comprehension of social media platforms and their target audiences.
- Exceptional communication and writing abilities.
- Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A degree in a related field is advantageous but not essential.
