Silver Birch Living is looking for a **dynamic RN Regional Clinical Director **to join our top-notch team If you have a passion for seniors, a desire to grow/mentor caregivers, and get personal satisfaction from ensuring the delivery of quality services, we want to talk with you
**Our Regional Director of Clinical Services**:
- Act as the primary clinical resource person to his/her assigned communities, with working knowledge of company and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a Mentor for Directors of Nursing & Wellness
- Provide training, guidance, and direction to community clinical leadership team
- Oversee and facilitates our QMA Insulin Administration Program
- Provide consultation on risk management issues, quality indicators, and regulatory matters
- Visit assigned communities to review, monitor and audit the quality of nursing care provided to residents
- Collaborate with Regional Operations Directors to ensure quality care across portfolio of communities
**Qualifications/Position Requirements**
- **RN Licensed nurse in good standing in Indiana**:
- Two (2) or more years of experience in a regional clinical role, assisted living experience preferred
- Valid CPR, TB, and First Aid Certification
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance
- Ability to travel, including overnight travel
