**Digital Navigator and Data Projects Coordinator**

Position Type: Full-time, Exempt

**Program Mission**: A community-based program that utilizes the services of trained volunteers to provide free, high quality education to adults for the purpose of enabling them to acquire the skills necessary to achieve personal and occupational goals. Access to education remains essential to furthering community-wide aspirations of strengthening families, encouraging civic engagement, enabling parents to participate in the education of their children and increasing access to opportunities for economic and social advancement.
**The primary goal of Digital Navigator and Data Projects Coordinator is to have a lead role in instructional and supportive technology integration, maintain internal program data systems, and create digital resources for special events program projects. This role includes digital support for the LV staff, and digital instruction for and communication with LV tutors, and adult students to ensure quality customer service. The Digital Navigator and Data Projects Coordinator enters and updates all program data and develops and organizes resources with LV team colleagues for special projects.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Input student data and attendance information into internal database
- Schedule student registration and post-testing dates and secure locations
- Coordinate, design and distribute student recruitment materials and announcements within agency and outside community
- Organize and prepare student registrations and post-testing, including testing materials, forms, using text messaging platform Remind
- Send weekly attendance forms to all tutors and process data related to attendance
- Process student notifications about placement and pre/post testing
- Call students to confirm appointments for intake, testing and attendance
- Maintain program calendars
- May represent program within agency and community events and meetings
- Support Volunteers with digital literacy needs and duties related to administrative tasks
- Oversee implementation and use of technology communication and curriculum platforms as used in digital literacy lessons such as Northstar and Zoom including facilitating training sessions as needed
- Monitoring and coordinating deployment of technology devices
- Digital skills instruction for a section of high-level English language learners individualized to meet student needs
- Evening hours required during peak registration and testing times
- As required, coordinate special projects: duties include but not limited to scheduling meetings with team members to assign tasks and keep project on track; monitor status of project; reporting progress to management
- Assist with planning and executing Writers’ Café and Volunteer and Student Recognition Ceremonies
- Other duties as required

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects in a fast-paced environment

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- High School Diploma; College degree preferred
- Proficiency with Google Apps (Drive, Sheets, Forms, Classroom )
- One year administrative experience with client-facing and communication experience, data management preferred
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competent with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva a plus
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and possess positive, responsive approach to customer service
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred
