About the Role

Auxis is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Transformation practice, you will partner with clients to solve high-value operational and productivity challenges by redesigning processes, ways of working, and implementing digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy Development:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create roadmaps and implementation plans for digital initiatives.
    • Identify and recommend potential initiatives and digital technologies that can drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses.
  • Process Improvement and Optimization:
    • Analyze and re-engineer existing business processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
    • Identify automation opportunities and work with relevant stakeholders to implement digital solutions such as robotic process automation (RPA) or workflow automation.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate and implement digital tools, platforms, and applications to streamline operations and improve user experiences.
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    • Collaborate with client leads and team members to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
    • Conduct analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
    • Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
    • Foster strong relationships with client management, leads, and end-users.
    • Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and communicate project progress and outcomes.
    • Collaborate with functional and development team members to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Project Management and Implementation:
    • Assist in project planning, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline management.
    • Monitor project progress, contribute to risk and issue identification, and mitigation to ensure successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
  • English Language (Oral and written): Strong communication skills (oral, written)
  • Valid Visa: For potential travel to the US, as required (cross-training, operations, and/or project work)
  • Bachelor's degree: In Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience: 0-2 years as an Analyst, preferably in digital transformation or technology-driven projects. Internships are fine.
  • Foundational understanding: Of digital technologies, such as cloud computing, data analytics, mobile applications, and process automation.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: With the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: To effectively collaborate with client team members.
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools: (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) and familiarity with technology system implementations (e.g., ERP, RPA, analytics)
