**Adhere to Policies and Procedures**: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with IT audit controls, security policies, procedures, and regulations. Maintain related documentation.

**Oversee Supplier Relationships**: Manage third party technical teams, coordinate activities, monitor service levels, and ensure contractual obligations are met. Collaborate with remote technical personnel to address infrastructure-related issues.

**Champion Automation Practices**: Develop and implement infrastructure automation wherever possible to streamline deployments and reduce manual intervention.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or relevant working experience.
- Minimum of 7years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure engineering.
- Proficiency in on-prem & cloud-based AD infrastructure ,Windows and Linux administration and scripting.
- Strong understanding of Azure, AWS and other cloud services, including compute, storage, and networking.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
- Security-conscious mindset and knowledge of best practices for securing infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
