**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify invoices for accuracy, including matching invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
- Obtain proper approvals for payment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including contact information and payment terms.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve issues related to invoices and payments.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including preparing accruals and reconciling accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and streamline workflows.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for accounts payable operations.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
