**Exempt position, $49,137 - $56,016.93**/year**

**$1,000 Sign On bonus available**

**Rate will be determined by education and relative experinece in the field.**

**Monday - Friday 9-5pm with On-call weekend rotation**

This program is a 12 bed residential unit located on the main campus of Devereux in Rutland, MA. You would be working with a male population ages 14-22 years old. The program is operated with a staff to student ratio of 1:3 during the day and 1:6 at night.

You would be responsible for the overall daily operations of a group home including program development, supervision of residential staff, management of program budget, integration of community opportunities for clients, and assurance of quality of milieu services. Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts is located in Rutland, MA and is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.**Full-Time Benefits include (but are not limited to)**:

Qualifications:
**Job Qualifications**:

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, social work, education or other related field or High School Diploma with 12 years relevant Human Service experience** required**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a residential treatment setting with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience **required**:

- Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, in Rutland
