Requirements:

* Must be 21 years of age or older
* Driver's license required
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or other related field required or 12 years relevant work experience in Human Services may replace degree
* Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders required
* Residential supervisory experience preferred

Schedule:

* 2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM, in Rutland, MA
* Sunday - Wednesday: 1pm - 11pm
