Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Devereux Group Home. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other behavioral intervention services to children and adolescents with neuro-developmental disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop positive behavior support plans to address challenging behaviors.
  • Provide in-vivo coaching and assessment of functional skill level to support individuals in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with Case Managers and Program Directors to provide Individual, Group, and Family Therapy.
  • Develop and implement clinical consultation plans to support direct care staff and families.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or related field.
  • Relevant behavioral experience and a valid driver's license.
  • Able to complete a 2-week new hire paid orientation training in Rutland, Monday - Friday from 8-4pm.
  • Monday - Friday Day shift proceeding training.
  • On-call rotation, approximately 1 week every 3-4 months (as needed).
