- Communicate with Restaurant Managers daily to ensure HR and Operational documents are comleted
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Manage payroll tasks and ensure accuracy in processing.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Support in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in vendor management related to HR services.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR databases.
- Manage calendars and appointments for HR staff.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in HR-related roles such as clerk, medical office management, or office management.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management practices.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks including front desk operations and file management.
- Experience with payroll processing and calendar management.
- Ability to handle training development activities effectively.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
