Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Hamdan Resources, a Veteran-Owned Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), is seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. As a full-service staffing agency, we specialize in placing professionals in various fields, including Technology/Engineering, Finance and Accounting, Sales and Marketing, and Recruiting/HR/Administrative.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Schedule Interviews and Prepare Interview Materials: Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and prepare all necessary materials, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Facilitate On and Offsite Interviews: Arrange and conduct on and offsite interviews, providing a positive and professional experience for candidates.
  • Coordinate Career Fairs and On-Campus Interviews: Plan and execute career fairs and on-campus interviews, promoting our company's brand and attracting top talent.
  • Enter Applications and Interview Notes: Accurately enter candidate applications and interview notes into our applicant tracking system.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Offer administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes.
  • Work with HR Associates: Collaborate with HR Associates to facilitate new hire onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Post Positions and Research Advertising Opportunities: Effectively post job openings and research new advertising opportunities to attract top talent.
  • Source Resumes and Pre-Screen Candidates: Utilize various sources to find qualified candidates and pre-screen them to ensure the best fit for our clients.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional duties and special recruitment projects as needed, supporting the growth and success of our company.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in a similar role or customer service is necessary.
  • Self-Starter: A self-starter who can execute tasks with urgency and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for this position.
  • Internet Recruiting Techniques: Knowledge of internet recruiting techniques is required.
  • Resume Sourcing and Screening: Resume sourcing and screening skills are preferred.
  • Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay organized is crucial.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding oral and written communication skills are necessary for this role.
  • Team Player: A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team are essential.
  • Confidentiality: The ability to treat sensitive and confidential information with discretion is required.
