**Position Overview**:
Will answer day to day inquiries, prepare, input and maintain various employee records and perform new hire orientations. Provide administrative and clerical support while practicing good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative, clerical and organizational support to the Human Resources Department.
- Maintain an organized filing system for regional/system records.
- Update and maintain HR systems.
- Collect data and prepare department reports as required. Perform other duties as required.

**Position Requirements**:

- Associate's degree preferred. PHR certification strongly desired.
- 2+ years human resource experience or human resource course work required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Able to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, interruptions. High attention to detail, accuracy, initiative and follow-through.
