As part of the John Deere Configuration centre team, you will be helping to deliver IT equipment to units in North America. IT warehouse associate will be responsible for the shipping and receiving of IT equipment within our configuration centre warehouse. To align with strategy, you will help ensure accuracy of material flowing into and out of the warehouse, tracking shipments to our customers and from our vendors, communication and tracking of shipment information, and resolution of problems related to shipping. This position will require some technical skill and background for day-to-day functions of the role.
Job Responsibilities
• Receiving equipment from vendor and adding to inventory
• Staging product for daily build schedules
• Prepping equipment for shipping to customers
• Coordination with carriers to ship equipment
• Interaction with shipping/receiving departments and guidelines
In addition to responsibilities listed above, this role will also be responsible for asset management to ensure effective tracking of assets within the United States.

• ServiceNOW updates as devices move from primary location via transfer orders
• Inventory Audits on monthly basis
• Barcode and assign asset upon receipt
• Inventory consolidation for reuse or disposal
