**Short Role Description / Purpose**:
**Long Description**:

- Monitor talent acquisition processes by way of screening incoming resumes, conducting phone screens for entry to mid-level roles, and liaising with hiring managers as appropriate.
- Manage on-site and virtual interview coordination.
- Coordinate written offer letters.
- Prepare employee personnel files, and file accordingly for audit readiness.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of all HRIS related transactions for external new hires, internal promotions/transfers, and vacancy backfills.
- Coordinate in partnership with HRBP, temporary employee requisition process by attending regularly scheduled meetings with external temp agencies, tracking progress, and assisting with administrative requests.
- Conduct New Hire Orientations and act as the first point of contact for onboarding of new employees.
- Administer and track employee referral program.
- Manage calendar for Associate Director, HR and Senior Director, HR
- Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of related recruiting or HR administrative or project

**Technical Expertise**:

- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience required. management experience required.
- Basic knowledge of human resources processes required.
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Must be self-starter with flexibility to perform a variety of duties from mundane to complex.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and switch tasks quickly is essential.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and have the experience to perform professionally, diplomatically and confidentially when interacting with all levels of staff.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in pharma/biotech a plus
- Experience working in a matrixed and multinational organization
- Demonstrated vendor management experience

$85,000 - $130,000 a year

At Dompe, we offer an attractive compensation package to our team members. Any offer would include a competitive base salary (estimate shared above), incentive bonus, and benefits package customary to the position. Actual individual pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
