Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience implementing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll modules. Strong understanding of HR and payroll business processes. Proficiency in PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, and other PeopleSoft development tools. Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and applying patches. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Relevant PeopleSoft certifications (e.g., PeopleSoft HCM Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM). Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle). Familiarity with payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements. Experience with cloud-based HR and payroll solutions is a plus.
