The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our gymnastics school, providing administrative support to ensure efficient and smooth operations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage student enrollment, class schedules, and attendance records.
- Process payments, manage billing, and maintain financial records.
- Assist in organizing events, competitions, and special programs.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is tidy and organized.
- Provide administrative support to the coaching staff and management team.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including social media updates and newsletters.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $13.90 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
