Regulatory Auditor

Incline Property and Casualty Company is seeking to hire a Regulatory Auditor who will be responsible for performing semi-annual audits of our General Agents business counterparties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Professionally communicate and perform bi-annual audits with our GAs in a clear and concise manner.
- Evaluate processes related to insurance claims, underwriting, and compliance
- Evaluate state regulatory requirements through the use of internal framework and templates
- Prepare a final audit reports and discuss audit findings and results with GAs
- Document various processes, findings, and recommendations
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects

Qualifications - Required
- Associate's degree or bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of relevant external audit experience
- Possess strong self-management skills and strong organizational skills to oversee multiple audits.
- Strong analytical and time management skills, ability to multi-task and shift focus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of management.

Qualifications - Preferred
- Prior insurance audit experience
