**What You'll Do**
- **Engage with Clients**: Conduct annual reviews, answer questions, and respond to client needs to ensure they feel valued and cared for.
- **Support Lead Advisors**: Assist our lead advisors with client service tasks, allowing you to learn from the best and build your confidence and skills.
- **Client Service Work**: Provide exceptional service to our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- **Grow with Us**: Develop into a lead advisor at your own pace, with support and training from a team that feels like family.

**What We're Looking For**
- **Excellent Communicator**: You must be great with people and able to explain complex financial concepts in a way that's easy to understand.
- **Financial Planning Knowledge**: Good financial planning skills and product knowledge are required, but we will provide training and development.
- **Dependable and Coachable**: Reliability and a willingness to learn and improve are crucial.
- **Licensed Professional**: Active Life and Health Insurance License and an active CFP designation.
- **Experience**: Extensive experience in financial planning and client service is required. Preferably 3 or more years.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
