- Identify, develop, and maintain client relationships in the commercial real estate market.
- Source, negotiate, and close commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, sales, and acquisitions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company’s market presence.
- Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service to clients and achieve business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and market activities.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker with a solid book of clients.
- Strong knowledge of the commercial real estate market, including leasing, sales, and acquisitions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
