Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property, ensuring the right price under the best terms
  • Evaluate clients' desires and economic capabilities to make appropriate suggestions
  • Mediate dealings between sellers and buyers, fostering a beneficial understanding
  • Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability
  • Generate and manage lists of properties for sale

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales and customer service
  • Ability to work autonomously, while effectively selling and communicating
  • Great listening skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 or older
