**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Document Preparation**:_
- Review and verify loan terms, conditions, and borrower information.
- Prepare BLAA, funding template, and amortization table,
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations pertaining to loan closing.
- **Coordination with Warehouse Lending Partners**_
- Upload partner specific closing collateral
- Confirm loan/advance amounts and funding date.
- Initiate wire requests.
- **Coordination and Communication**:_
- Coordinate with borrowers, brokers, title companies, attorneys, escrow agents, and internal departments (Loan Officers & Capital Markets) to facilitate the loan closing process.
- Schedule and confirm closing dates with all parties involved.
- Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closing process promptly and efficiently.
- **Closing Process**:_
- Review loan closing documents, ensuring all required signatures are obtained and documents executed correctly.
- Approve disbursement of loan funds in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- **Post-Closing Duties**:_
- Assemble preliminary post-closing package for pass-off.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:_
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in loan closing within the real estate lending or real estate finance industry.
- Proven experience with the entire loan closing process from start to finish.
- **Skills**:_
- Strong understanding of real estate finance and hard money lending practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Education**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, real estate, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $49,196.00 - $53,068.00 per year
