Global Electric is seeking an Administrative Assistant to add to our team who will thrive in a positive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Payroll and Certified Payroll
- Union Reporting
- Labor Compliance
- Insurance Payroll Reporting
- Overseeing and supporting all administrative duties in the office
- Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, organized, and operating smoothly on a consistent basis
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock level
- Receiving and sorting incoming mail and deliveries, and managing outgoing mail
- Greeting visitors and answering the phone, directing calls to the proper staff
- Coordinating appointments and meetings, managing staff calendars and schedules
- Managing Ring Central phone system
- Filing paperwork physically and electronically, including maintaining HR files for all employees and consistently managing outboxes of all staff
- Auditing, verifying, and managing recurring services and accounts
- Seeking alternative, cost-saving business options for services, software, and materials/equipment
- Gathering Time Sheets and obtaining verification of hours
- Accounting tasks (as needed)
- Providing support based on the needs of the company

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
