As an in-office Energy Sales Consultant, you will be a crucial driver of our company's growth. You will play a pivotal role in all stages of the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing. To achieve success in this role, you will need to be adept at identifying and targeting potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and cold calling. You will utilize consultative selling techniques to understand their unique energy needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their energy efficiency, reduce costs, and help them meet their sustainability goals.

Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations will be essential in becoming a trusted advisor in the energy solutions space. You will have the opportunity to conduct compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our energy solutions, addressing client pain points and aligning our offerings with their business objectives. Throughout the sales process, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

- A proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in energy or a related industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to articulate technical concepts related to energy solutions

Your highly driven and organized nature will lead to great success in this role. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
