**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Create systems to uphold the brand standards internally, digitally, and externally.
- Define and articulate our vision and mission, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Develop intricate brand decks for existing and new brands within the company including support with logos, color palettes, story writing and slogans.
- Work closely with Public Relations to uphold brand voice and narrative.
- Ensure consistent adherence to company standards in staff appearance.
- Lead creative development efforts to inspire the target audience to take action.
- Foster strong relationships with staff, guests, and building tenants.
- Measure and evaluate the performance of personnel on the property.
- Stay abreast of market trends, conduct consumer market research, and monitor competitors' activities.
- Work closely with the Marketing Department for strategic campaigns and executions and contribution to a healthy online presence.
- Oversee both new and ongoing marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Plan and execute company events from concept to completion.
- Execute the procurement of branded goods and manufacturing.
- Align the company around the brand's strategic direction, choices, and tactics.
- Ensure proper execution of brand identity in all aspects at company properties.
- Coordinate collaborative efforts with other brands and influencers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success as a Brand Manager or similar role in Hospitality.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executives.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and crafting impactful campaigns.
- Thorough understanding of the entire marketing mix including social media and web development.
- Strong analytical capabilities coupled with a creative mindset.
- Data-driven approach with a penchant for interpreting numbers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen awareness of the latest marketing trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in event planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
