**Schedule is Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.**

**Responsibilities**:
- Basic reception duties:
- Screen all incoming phone calls and transfer them appropriately.
- Handle daily scanning.
- Review customer purchase order for accuracy, check pricing, delivery, and any special notes. Follow instructions & procedures in order to proceed with the PO’s accordingly.
- Enter all incoming customer purchase orders the ERP system after all information has been reviewed. Maintain all customer portals after orders are entered if required.
- Scan documents and customer files (prints, PO notes, specs, customer related documents, and all required scanning from management, closed work orders)
- Update and maintain internal spreadsheets.
- Provide support to other departments when requested.
**Requirements/Experience/Education**:
- High School Diploma
- Prior data entry experience required.
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
- Able to maintain excellent accuracy in entering orders, data, scanning documents & alphanumeric filing.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Planner, Word, etc.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Great time management skills. Must demonstrate effective clerical, organizational and prioritization skills.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Salary: $16-$19 per hour, depends on experience
