Job Summary

Kinetic Personnel Group has partnered with a thriving manufacturer seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts, address inquiries, and provide product information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information on products and services.
  • Process customer orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and support business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions.
  • Communicate product features and pricing to potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
