Customer Service Associate

Kinetic Personnel Group has partnered with a thriving manufacturer seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts, address inquiries, and provide product information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information on products and services.
- Process customer orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and support business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions.
- Communicate product features and pricing to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
