The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for booking and tracking trucks for customer orders, responding to inquiries, and handling data entry and load planning. Duties include managing phone calls, responding to emails about pickups and rates, negotiating carrier rates, and saving important documents. The role involves resolving carrier issues, tracking shipments, and updating customers and internal teams on freight locations. Additionally, they ensure timely collection of signed PODs and assist with documentation management.

Qualifications:
  • Domestic customer service experience. Two years of related experience.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, busy environment with an eagerness to learn about the freight forwarding/supply chain industry.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
