**Recruiting Team Screener Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Director of Recruitment to come up with creative ways of attracting talent
- Track and report on recruiting activities and outcomes

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- 1 year of prior experience in a recruitment environment is highly preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Ability to work well in a team as well as a independently
