Amplify is looking for an enthusiastic Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that Amplify is hiring best in class talent, exhibit outstanding teamwork skills, and strong technical and administrative expertise. We will be looking for individuals who are comfortable applying keen organizational skills in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. We also want you to be comfortable taking a proactive position and will be looking for your passion for recruitment.

*This duration of this assignment is expected to be 3 months.

Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator (Contract):
  • Coordinate interviews for candidates with accuracy and efficiency

  • Coordinate both internal and external job postings; including posting to various job boards, niche sites, affinity organizations, etc.

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and OFCCP compliance

  • Respond to all internal or external recruiting related inquiries such as referral bonus policy, application inquiries, recruiting process, etc.

  • Proactively anticipate problems and execute solutions

  • Responsible for record keeping of all recruiting related documents such as interview rubrics and performance task notes

  • Prepare offer letters and manage associated new hire processes with strict attention to detail, as needed

  • Coordinate contractor offers and other administrative activities as the primary contact with our staffing agency partners as needed

  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

Basic Qualifications of the Recruiting Coordinator (Contract):
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high volume administrative role supporting recruitment activities

  • Proficiency in Google suite of products

  • Experience utilizing Workday as an Applicant Tracking System

Preferred Qualifications of the Recruiting Coordinator (Contract):
  • Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in the EdTech industry

  • Experience with OFCCP compliance

  • Proven high-energy problem solver with a strong attention to detail

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while managing work time efficiently

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional customer service focus

Compensation:

The hourly rate range for this role is $30 - $35.
