We are seeking a talented Chef de Cuisine with skilled culinary techniques to join an upscale casual concept from an award-winning, Michelin-rated chef. Chef de Cuisine Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years experience culinary management experience required
  • Must be proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, proactive, with strong attention to detail
  • Upscale, fine dining, or luxury hotel experience is strongly preferred

Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the operations of all areas and elements of the kitchen
  • Management of food costs, labor costs, and other operating expenses
  • Participate in hiring, supervision, scheduling, development, and training of kitchen team
  • Ability to coach and develop staff, ensuring the team delivers service excellence  
  • Ensure quality control measures are being adhered to and delivering the highest quality
  • Supervise workers to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards
