**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of drywall and carpentry projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project requirements and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, including negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any concerns.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.**
- **Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on drywall and carpentry projects.**
- Strong knowledge of **construction principles**, practices, and techniques.
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
