Premier Polishing Corp is seeking a skilled Concrete Polishing Operator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing concrete polishing projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Operate concrete polishing machinery, including grinders and polishers, to achieve desired finishes and quality standards.
- Adjust and calibrate equipment to meet project specifications and ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to minimize downtime and ensure efficient project completion.
- Lead and supervise job sites, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities, and that safety protocols are followed.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Apply polishing techniques to achieve desired finishes and quality standards, and identify and solve issues related to surface imperfections.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards and company processes.
- Implement Premier Polishing systems and processes for different flooring applications, and train new team members on equipment use and safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment and tools, conducting regular inspections and reporting any malfunctions or repairs needed promptly.
- Represent the company professionally on-site, address client concerns and questions with knowledge and confidence, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality results.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in concrete polishing or related construction fields.
- Strong understanding of concrete polishing techniques and equipment.
- Experience in leading teams and managing job sites effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce flawless finishes.
- Ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions efficiently.
- Reliable and responsible, with a demonstrated track record of dependability and punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
