**Experience leading or teaching students.**Ability to recruit and maintain diverse membership**Ability to establish leadership within the group**Experience in Vocal Performance and Directing**Ability to meet sponsor expectations as stated in Student Activities Sponsor Handbook.**Organized and have positive attitude.**Collaborative.**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
