Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver courteous customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Welcome customers warmly and guide them throughout the store.
  • Handle incoming calls efficiently and assist customers as needed.
  • Work in harmony with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in packaging purchases and ensure the store remains tidy.
  • Support the training of new employees and maintain product organization.
  • Verify and maintain accurate product pricing and inventory levels.
  • Help customers with the transportation of their purchases.
  • Manage store supplies and comply with company policies.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in various departments and deliver products to customers as required.
  • Perform maintenance tasks such as shoveling and salting walkways.
  • Provide support in other areas of the store when necessary.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:
