We purchase used devices, bring them to our facility to be cleaned and refurbished, then give them a second life by selling them to consumers at a great price. **Logistics Coordinator**

**Description of duties**:

- Provide materials and shipping services for Clients to package devices and send to SLM HQ.
- Create outbound shipments, determining the quantity and types of supplies required based on device counts and communications with Clients.
- Record tracking data, communicate that data and estimated times of arrival with Clients, and update CRM with said data.
- Provide world-class Client service by offering friendly and authoritative communication to assist Clients with their devices.
- Identify instances of shipping damage and promptly notify the proper parties.
- File insurance claims with 3rd party providers in the event of damage to devices during transportation.
- Confirm pickup details with Clients and schedule those pickups, providing confirmation to ensure proper coordination.
- Conduct necessary Client follow ups.
- Create return labels, incorporating Client information and Salesforce Order Number for precise recordkeeping.
- Demonstrate familiarity with essential systems and software used by SLM, including SF, Shipstation, Google Sheets, FedEx, UPS.
- Engage in accurate recordkeeping, ensuring comprehensive data collection.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, or Similar Field preferred.
- 2+ years experience in purchasing, coordination, transportation/logistics, and supply chain.
- Flexible, analytical, problem-solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
