We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the returns process in line with company protocols.
  • Coordinate activities across various departments, including manufacturing, customer service, and sales.
  • Address inquiries and accurately document return information on customer accounts.
  • Conduct quality-related tasks, including corrective and preventive action (CAPA) analysis.
  • Review internal control procedures and business processes to suggest enhancements for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead root cause analysis initiatives using the 8D problem-solving methodology.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive data analysis reports to identify trends and initiate corrective measures.

Daily Activities

  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
  • Draft and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of quality and inspection systems.
  • Compile and analyze statistical quality data to identify improvement areas.
  • Develop and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare reports to communicate quality activity outcomes.
  • Assess audit findings and execute necessary corrective actions.
  • Manage document control systems.
  • Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in a technical discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and databases.
  • Familiarity with CRM and MRP/ERP systems.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Understanding of quality assurance tools, concepts, and methodologies.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
