Role Overview
As a Logistics Customer Support Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by delivering real-time, hands-on assistance at our delivery stations. Your efforts will ensure that customers receive their packages promptly and as promised.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be tasked with:
- Engaging with customers directly, both in-person and through various communication channels.

- Accurately addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

- Maintaining a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week).
Physical Requirements
Performing the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 49 pounds.
- Engage in frequent physical activities such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
- Stand and walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
- Work in environments with varying noise levels.
- Adapt to temperature variations due to external weather conditions.
A Day in the Life
You will be stationed at one of our last-mile delivery centers, where Amazon's leading logistics system operates. As orders are processed and dispatched, you will coordinate with warehouse staff, delivery partners, and customers to provide guidance and support.
When customers need to adjust their delivery schedules, you will communicate with our delivery partners to facilitate these changes. If you identify any delivery issues, you will take immediate action to resolve them, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively for optimal efficiency.
- Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience with various web browsers and database searching.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in performance metrics and developing key performance indicators.
- Background in merchandising or brand ambassador roles for recognized consumer brands.
