Customer Experience Manager

Overview:
As a Customer Experience Manager, you will oversee every step of the customer’s journey. In this role, you will interact with customers to understand their needs and concerns, resolve issues, provide product information, and deliver World Class Experience You will work alongside Customer Experience Managers, Clients, Delivery Consultants, Solution Architects, and Prospects, with direct reporting to the Customer Experience Director.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing the customer relationship through the sales and delivery cycle.
- Participate in sales calls, including discoveries, demonstrations, and solutions reviews.
- Work with the Solution Architect team to develop and deliver Statements of Work to the customer.
- Participate in, and or manage the transition from Sales to Delivery.
- Work with the Delivery Team to create project plans.
- Manage client escalations.
- Be the voice of the customer.
- Manage overall customer SAT & reference-ability as defined by the company leadership.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a comparable field of study or comparable experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Client Relationship Management experience, or comparable related experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience, software/ ERP experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of ERP experience, with preferred NetSuite experience.
- Manufacturing Industry experience.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
