Job Description Summary

The HR Generalist in Workforce Experience supports the employer/partner-employee relations of our Global Workforce (supported-/paid-staff, volunteers and interns). Together with the Senior Director and workgroup members, this generalist ensures staff and staff relations are healthy, thriving and flourishing as staff realize their call to advance Bible Translation.Additionally, this generalist will ensure systems, processes and communication reflect our organizational/team ethos, while remaining responsive to internal/external partners and attaining greater missional effectiveness.This Generalist partners with the Senior Director of WorkforceExperience and other workgroup members to facilitate day-to-day functions of the Staff Experience workgroup, as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:
- Faithfully and regularly pray for the ongoing work of Bible translation and for unreached people groups around the world.- Act as an organizational representative presenting the global ministry of Wycliffe and encouraging interested individuals, organizations and churches to participate in the work of Bible translation.-
