YOUR ROLE- The primary role of this position is to manage the operational implementations within CEVA’s Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) Division. This role ensures a quality delivery of a predefined operational supply chain solution(s) as selected to support a new or existing customer need. The requirement of the role extends participate as a operational specialist in strategy meetings and develop standard operating procedures (SOP’s).WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?- Effectively identifying business rules and requirements
- Development of Standard Operating Procedure
- Coordination with origin to execute operational implementation
- Train SCS Origin/Destination on new business requirements
- Provide assistance during vendor seminar preparation
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Achieve post implementation steady-state and transition to Origin Operations/Destination Account Management
- Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluent in English written and spoken.
- University degree or Business or college diploma in Logistics/Transportation or 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Support or Account Management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
- Proven track record delivering successful account management
- The role requires Business knowledge to continuously implement industry best practices to customer implementations
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative
- Team environment is essential
