**Responsibilities**:

- **Schedule Coordination**: Efficiently schedule and coordinate installation and service appointments for sliding doors and windows based on customer requests and company resources.
- **Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact between customers, field technicians, and other relevant parties. Provide clear and timely communication regarding appointment details, delays, and other relevant information.
- **Resource Allocation**: Allocate resources, including technicians, materials, and equipment, to ensure timely and effective completion of installation and service tasks.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve scheduling conflicts, unexpected issues, and customer concerns in a proactive and professional manner.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service requests, appointments, and customer interactions. Utilize computer systems and software for efficient data management.
- **Quality Assurance**: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that installations and services meet company standards and customer expectations.
- **Route Optimization**: Optimize technician routes to minimize travel time, reduce fuel costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple schedules, appointments, and resources simultaneously.

- **Customer Focus**: Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Familiarity with scheduling software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other relevant tools.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively with field technicians, administrative staff, and other departments to achieve common goals.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Basic understanding of sliding doors and windows, as well as the installation and service processes associated with them.
- **Time Management**: Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
