Reporting to the Director of Client Services, the Pharmacy Outreach Coordinator is a key member of SpecialtyRx, the client services department. Must be able to function in a highly visible, strong team environment to provide exceptional sales, and customer service, a high degree of professionalism, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude when dealing with customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively communicate the benefits of pharmacy services to potential clients and partners.
- Develop a strategy to target and engage assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and long-term care facilities to promote pharmacy services and establish partnerships.
- Work closely with internal pharmacy teams, including pharmacists, technicians, and administrative staff, to coordinate service delivery and address client needs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and policies governing pharmacy operations and outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, client interactions, and partnership agreements.

**Skills**:

- Degree in Pharmacy, healthcare administration, marketing, or health-related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or outreach roles, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
- Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to be conscientious, efficient, and accurate in handling large amounts of information via spreadsheet or database.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively locally and to other states to meet with clients.
