**Job Overview**

Position Schedule: Full-Time

Enterprise Learning is responsible for building new capabilities critical to our firm's strategy at speed and scale, ensuring our 50,000 home-office associates and branch team members are reskilled and upskilled to deliver industry-leading Human-Centered Complete Wealth Management.

The Learning Experience Designer II is responsible for the delivery, design, development, and curation of multi-modal high-performance learning experiences that build learner capabilities, drive behavior change, and result in the achievement of business and performance outcomes. In this role, you will enable a culture of continuous learning through human-centered learning and performance design.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effectively facilitate the delivery of learning experiences, including in-person and virtual development sessions, workshops, and discussion boards and informal learning opportunities
- Partner with Learning and Development colleagues, end-users, stakeholders, and leaders to deliver. design, develop, curate and impactful, fit-to-purpose learning and development experiences that achieve business outcomes while building learners' intrinsic motivation to continuously learn and improve.
- Build learner capabilities and drive behavioral change using a learner-centered facilitation that involves tailoring instructional methods and content delivery to accommodate diverse learning styles and participant backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Collaborate on the development of learning measurement plans; leveraging the resulting learning insights and measurement reports to monitor, maintain, and optimize learning experiences
- Serve as a member of dynamic, autonomous, matrixed teams responsible for the end-to-end implementation of projects in a fast-paced, challenging environment with multiple, competing priorities
- Confidently lead and facilitate design, development, validation, and user experience research sessions to create the conditions for iterative learner-centered design, resulting in first-time quality at scale
- Must have availability to facilitate as early as 6:30am or as late as 6:30p local time (depending on time zone.
- Perform other duties as assigned

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
Hiring Minimum: $81750

Hiring Maximum: $139194

**Skills/Requirements**
- Advanced facilitation skills, including the ability to present to executive leaders; the ability to adapt learning experiences to situational needs; and the ability to explain complex concepts to audiences with a variety of backgrounds
- SIE, Series 7 and 66 financial industry licenses required within 12 months, paid for by Edward Jones and employee will be paid salary while they pursue this licensing
- Master's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Management, or related field
- 3+ years of proven experience training, facilitating, delivering, and designing adult learning experiences that achieve business objectives
- 1+ years of proven experience developing adaptive and/or interactive multi-modal learning and performance solutions
- Knowledge of Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, Modern Learning Experience Tools, and Methodologies
- Proven experience using Design Thinking and User Experience Research Principles and Methodologies to develop learning and performance experiences
- Proficient understanding of the Finance Services Industry
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to moderate virtual communication channels
- Proven ability to collaborate with a wide variety of colleagues, employing diplomacy to achieve outcomes
- Applied understanding of Systems Thinking, Root Cause Analysis, and Problem-Solving Methodologies to recommend learning solutions
