**Job Overview**:
The Service Learning and Development Consultant role delivers live training and best practices to our home office employees across multiple service skills including technical support. All training is designed and delivered with emphasis first on the why it’s important and how it contributes to efficiency and growth. Essential functions include contributing to the design, delivery, and maintenance of the Service training content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to grow and retain internal employees by providing professional development and soft skills training as well as designing learning opportunities that improve operational efficiency.
- Work in agile teams to create learning assets using a variety of formats (including, but not limited to, video, eLearning, how to guides, etc.) to support the business and help employees execute their roles.
- Design effective training material and deliver live, instructor-led learning sessions both virtually and in-person.
- Market learning opportunities to increase participation and engagement.
- Gather data and impact on usefulness of learning assets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (focus in: Education, Communications, Finance, or Business)
- 1-3 years outstanding presentation skills to deliver live, instructor-led training, in person and virtually.
- 1-3 years of experience in developing learning resources
- 2+ years of experience with PowerPoint
- 2+ years of experience with Program Management

- Good collaborator who can work with multiple business partners.
- Highly adaptable, can pivot quickly with the ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong facilitator with outstanding presentation skills in-person and virtual.
- Organized and highly collaborative—with the ability to engage on multiple levels with key stakeholders, program participants and training partners.

**Preferences**:

- Video editing experience preferred.
- Canva, Articulate Storyline design experience preferred.
- Technical Support experience preferred.

**Pay Range**:
$59,400-$89,100/year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
