Security Specialist

Must have a valid Maryland Driver's License with no more than 2 points
- Must be able to drive a vehicle safely

- This position will require you to walk or stand, enter and exit the vehicle frequently to check tenant spaces and suspicious activity time
- Must be able to wear a uniform to include button down shirts, ties, blazers and belts
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs
- Must have a friendly disposition and able to speak with people
- Must be a punctual and responsible person who shows up and works well with others
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have proper hygiene and a professional appearance
- No face, neck, or hand tattoos
Some of the duties of a Foot Patrol Officer: (this is not a fill list)
- Provide a presence and safety measure to an exterior perimeter of a shopping center
- Be a vigilant person and able to intervene when security or life safety issues occur
- Work in ever changing environments
- Escort persons when necessary
- Report issues to proper authorities
- Conduct visual inspections of the property and secure all of the grounds
Pay: $19.29 per hour
